We have an opportunity for a Facilities Technician to join our team. This role involves maintaining and repairing office space occupied by Apex Capital Corp. This position is full time Monday through Friday.
The Facilities Technician will ensure that necessary repairs are made to our office environment and will additionally assemble and relocate furniture and equipment as needed. They will also schedule, coordinate, and supervise outside maintenance and repair service providers.
The very best Facilities Technicians will proactively keep their surroundings in top shape, instead of just waiting for something to break. They will be very self-directed, processing requests to schedule out their own daily work. They will take pride in their work and their ability to address a wide variety of maintenance issues.
We want individuals with a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as experience performing minor maintenance duties in an office setting. Applicants need to be comfortable using a range of hand and power tools to complete many kinds of office maintenance tasks. This position is very active and requires standing, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing.
