We have an opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst to join our team. This role involves providing technical and troubleshooting support to internal customers across the company. This position is full time Monday through Friday.
Our Desktop Support Team plays a significant role in our internal user experience. They ensure that all Apexers have access to the technology they need to perform their jobs and provide prompt, friendly service when issues arise.
Our most successful Desktop Support Specialists enjoy working in a team environment, communicating daily with our user base, and learning continuously to stay on top of the latest technologies. They love working with our user groups to improve processes and ensure a smooth day-to-day working experience.
We want individuals with experience troubleshooting a variety of technological issues in an enterprise environment who are customer service oriented. Experience with Windows, Linux, MS Office Suite, Exchange, and Skype for Business is preferred.
